Architectural Photography.

A blend of both my love of building and for taking photos. I have been taking photos for nearly as long as I have been building.

Photography has helped me learn to really deeply appreciate design and architecture in a more emotive way. Its helped me understand balance of light and how that can effect the feeling in a room, the placement of windows and the importance of directing views, and textures in materials and how they add to experiences.

Building has enabled me to look deeper into the photography, Its made me appreciate the effort it takes to make a design a tactile building. The time that can be lost perfecting a detail, I have been apart of building some of the houses below and know first hand how much can go into getting something just right. I think this helps me see things a little differently and i may notice things that some may not
